Barry Auchettl is known as "The Blockbuster," a Visionary committed to helping people feel good about themselves and live their life's purpose. With a unique approach that shifts focus from eyesight to insight, Barry empowers individuals to recognize and utilize their inner strengths. His mission is deeply rooted in raising the planet's vibration, enabling people not only to shine by themselves but also to be illuminating beacons for others. Clients seeking to embrace their full potential and lead lives filled with light and purpose will find Barry's guidance invaluable.

Barry is the creator of The Conversations Game™ and CEO of The Vision School, and serves as the chief vision officer of Visionaries of Light and guides our team.

Director of Marketing

Nancy Matthews is the builder of a 100,000+ worldwide community of entrepreneurs, a 25+ year business owner showing you how to have a business that fulfills your purpose and fuels your lifestyle.

As a speaker, author and consultant, Nancy shares the principles from her book, The One Philosophy, which she attributes as the basis for her own rise from struggling single mother living paycheck to paycheck, to successful business owner, entrepreneur and philanthropist.

Since her early years, Nancy has worked to "Be The One" by stepping up, speaking out and leading the way to serve others. In her work as founder of Women’s Prosperity Network and The People Skills Academy, as well as in her roles as a board member and leader of numerous humanitarian initiatives including, Leaders Uniting for Global Good, The Water Bearers, JFC For You, Inc., and International Women’s Day, Nancy champions causes that fulfill our most basic human needs, water, food and shelter, nourishing peoples’ bodies as well as their spirits.

Heather Haswell, with over 35 years of diverse experience in business, education, and networking, serves as Chief Mentor for "The Vision School." She adeptly guides individuals in releasing old patterns and blocks, paving a clearer path forward. Passionate about incremental positive change, Heather specializes in elevating vibrations and frequencies, facilitating manifestation with clarity. 

As a Conversations Corporate Facilitator, Reiki, Akashic Records Practitioner and Public Speaker, she brings a rich tapestry of skills to her mentorship. Heather's unique perspective aligns energies, enabling individuals to step into higher states of being. Dedicated to empowering others, she embraces the opportunity for personal growth, abundance and positive growth one step at a time.
Heathers passion is to create positive change one conscientious step at a time in line with all possibilities for the advancement of the Visionaries of Light team.

Treasurer

Claudia works with other team members to promote Visionaries of Light’s goal to expand and empower people to love and live their best lives in harmonious communities. She balances her demanding work/life/health with continuing education and service in fulfilling work of self development and optimization, retreat and workshop facilitation using a variety of modalities including hypnosis and Light Body Alignment. 

Using her skillset from engineering and construction background in project management and budgeting, she helps guide the organization toward responsible fiscal management.

Marketing 

Valerie understands the intricate connections between your mind, body, and living space, harnessing the power of Light energy and flow to clear the accumulation of stagnation (in mind, body and/or home) for positive change to occur.

Her ultimate goal is to empower her clients to achieve authentic work-life balance, heightened clarity, abundance, and inner peace. Through sacred self-care, you can embrace your power and embark on a profound journey of healing and self-discovery. No one is an island, this life is not to be lived alone, community is key.

Valerie brings grounded language and clarity through the spectrum of Light for the visionaries group and those whom she serves.

Reverend

God Bless You! Apostle Dr. LaTanya J. Phelps. continues to preach the gospel and this journey allows her to serve beautiful people daily. For every person she encounters there is a light within that is seen. That light draws love to build, encourage, and hold you up in prayer. She is honored to serve and walk with you in the humanity of Jesus Christ.
Her devotion uplifts the Visionaries of Light lessoning the burden in the steps it takes to move us forward.

Fundraising

Biljana Batinic-Keogh, embarked on this journey of spiritual connections, healing, and abundance, expanding her awareness, soul, and heart to embrace all there is and support our beautiful human world integrating it into the landscape of our amazing Planet Earth, and further reaching out into the realm of the Universes. 

Originally from Australia and having lived for years in Serbia, Biljana's diverse background and experiences provide a context for listening, compassion and understanding.

Biljana brings her gifts of navigating the intricate pathways of placing grants and receiving donations for the vision and mission of Visionaries of Light to help illuminate the world.
